Well, believe it or not, this is an ice sculpture. Rising out of the snow, this magnificent work is a part of the Ice And Snow Festival, held annually in the northeastern city of Harbin, China. As a testament to what man can achieve, we believe this symbolizes effort made manifest, for many to see and appreciate.
