Counseling Services
Counseling services are delivered by counselors hired by the contractor and placed on the
government or military installation in a
social service delivery program (i.e., Family Centers, Chaplains, Child or Youth
Center). Counselors will keep
written records of counseling sessions as appropriate in accordance with service
requirements as a part of personal development programs. Fulltime counseling positions may include specific pilot
initiatives and new program development.
